Dr. Justin is excited to work with families at Tooth Buds! He focuses on making an impression on children and growing families in order to establish healthy lifelong dental habits. His journey in dentistry started as an Oral Health Educator teaching elementary school children in Boston, Massachusetts, the importance of oral hygiene and dental visits. This is how he learned the importance of prevention and education when addressing oral health among children.

Dr. Justin grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and received his undergraduate degree in Biology at Santa Clara University in California. He later earned a Masters degree in Biomedical Sciences at Tufts University in Boston. He moved on to Philadelphia where he attended the University of Pennsylvania to earn both his Doctorate in Dental Medicine and a Masters in Public Health. By studying both, he wanted to incorporate preventive health and access to dental care in his future practice. Finally, Dr. Justin completed his training in pediatric dentistry in Denver at Children’s Hospital Colorado.

Dr. Justin is excited to be back home in the Chicagoland area, serving families of all backgrounds making sure their dental visits are fun and positive. His goal is to make sure children look forward to visiting the dentist and his day is made when a kid can leave the office with a smile! He currently lives in Lincoln Park where he loves to try new restaurants, cook new recipes weekly, and bike along the lakefront no matter what the weather is like!
